Welcome to Whole Grain Gluten Free Baking

This website is no longer just about baking with gluten free whole grains anymore. While I will continue to post recipes for baked goods, I will also be adding other sections, such as the new blog post section, that will be designed to educate you about the world of gluten free baking and healthy lifestyle choices. For example, after additional research and tweaking of recipes, I have decided not to use xanthan gum anymore (see the post about the use of binders). All of the existing recipes have been modified to use either guar gum or psyllium as each recipe indicates. Feel free to contact me with any comments or thoughts on those posts, or any of the recipes.
